Fatigue Cracks Volvo S70 Ariana wheel

I have found 2 cracks in my 15 inches Ariana wheels .

I suspect that they are fatique cracks because there is absolutely no plastic deformation visible near the cracks. The wheels are perfectely round and are not leaking.
I am interested to know if i am the only one having this problem ?

The Car has only 100 000KM and I used steel rims during winter.
I found the cracks in one of my front wheel.
It could be a serious security issue for Volvo.
