97 850 sedan rear child seat 850

I am interested in converting the rear arm rest of my 97 850 sedan to a flip down child seat. Has anyone performed this on their car or heard of this ? I just spoke to the dealer and the cost for parts is about $300.00 or I found a owner of a 93 850 with the integrated child seat in their rear seat. I am curious if the parts from the 93 would work ? This could save me a lot of money.
