Clutch Question? $$$?!?! 850

OK, I give up! Ive bleed the hydralic clutch system, no air. Ive inspected everything, and it was as the manual that Hamfisted (Thanks Ham!!) emailed me! Still this clutch wont grab in the same place twice. Ive just come to the realization that its time for a new clutch, and while Im at it, Ill replace the hydralic assembly.

Just so I can go in with knowledge, how many hours to re & re a clutch, and the entire hydralic system? I can price the parts, just dont want to get ripped in labour!!
