Continuous stalling: My Indy can't fix 850 1994

My 1994 non turbo has been experiencing stalling when applying the gas. The only way to keep it from stalling is to floor it. (not always an option) He has given up after replacing the RPM and fuel sensors twice (did not charge me). He suggested I take it to a dealer. He thinks it may be in the wiring harness or the computer itself. Has anyone ever had this before, and any idea
what kind of $ I am going to get hit for at a dealer?
Thanks
Brad
