Cleaning Clear Plastic Dash Instrument 850 1997

I've finally been successful removing the clear plastic part of the dash instrument cluster of my '97 850 GLT. The problem now is cleaning it. I've tried soap and water, Windex, 409 and Goof-off.

Any ideas what to use next or do I need to buy a new one from Volvo?
