Bent fly wheel from Rear main seal change????????? 850

I have posted previously about my 1994 850 continued stalling. My Indy shop gave up and sent me to a dealer, (from cheking around they have an excellent reputation) The dealer just called and said the car checks out fine electrically, then asked if the rear main was changed recently. When I told him it was changed a couple of months ago, he felt the most likely cause was that the Indy shop bent the fly wheel in the process. Says he has seen this before. Has any one had this experience?
