Just bought a 98T5....need some help please.. S70 1998

Car is 98 S70 T5.

Hey guys, new here, and thanks in advance for helping me.

I'm not very knowledgeable with cars, but just bought a beatiful 98 S70 T5 with only 57k miles. I absolutely love it. Here are a few questions that I have and I truly truly appreciate any help you can give me:

1 - Rattling coming from left rear: Mechanic says it is the shocks/stuts... wants to replace them... Do I have to replace the whole thing or is there a part that I can buy from eEuropeparts.com that can fix it..? And if not, where's the best place to by the shock or strut..

2 - Do I have to replace ALL of them, or can I just replace the left rear?

3 - What tires do you all reccommend..? I have to replace all 4 of them... There's a discount tires sore close to where I live...

4 - There appears to be a leak at the turbo unit.... any suggestions? The mehanic says he just needs to take it apparts and install a few minor parts...hose or gasket or something..

Thanks again a million in advance!

Hans
