Broken headlight adjuster. 850

Dear Brickboard

I just had my car inspected for its annual safety test. Everything passed with flying colours except the passenger side headlight needs adjusting so the beam is pointed upwards.

The problem is that the adjuster won't allow any movement, basically it is bust unless I can take off the headlight and adjust it off the car then put it back on.

It is the adjuster at the bottom corner of the headlight that allows up/down movement, unless one of the other adjusters can compensate - ideas??

Is there another way to align my headlights?

Where are the bolts to take the headlight out and will this solve my problem? I have a 1993 model and 48hrs to go back with my lights set correctly. The local dealer wanted 25 dollars for alignment and around 400 dollars to replace the unit!!
Thanks
Matt
