which is better Winter tire size 190-60-15 or 185-65-15 850 1997

I'm about to put Nokian WR's on the 850 for the winter. Should I go with the 195-60-15 or the 185-65-15?

They will be dedicated for the winter only. I've traditionally gone to the "minus one" size, but have been hearing from some that I'm ok to stay w/the 195 w/these.
