850 exhaust, emissions problems 850 1993

I have a major exhaust leak at the flange on the header pipe (cracked off). This is causing fumes to come into the cabin through the heating system. I pulled error codes from slot A2 (Fuel system) and it showed 2-3-2, which is a Lambda adjustment. I have also seen this described as Long term fuel trim at idle, too low or too high. I noticed that when the key is turned on, but the car is not running, there is some sort of module or valve right in front of the throttle cable pulley that is stuck. It contains 3 vaccuum ports. Does anyone know what this part is and where the best place is to get it?
