Replace factory spoiler on T5 S70 1999

The factory rear spoler on my S70 T5 is damaged and needs replacing. I've found that the spoiler is apparently held on by pieces of what I guess is 3M adhesive trim tape (the four screws at the trunk lid aren't all that functional). Has anyone removed this spoiler and do you have any tips as to how? Thanks.
