Side markers running lights/blinker 850 1984

I recently purchased some side markers from volvoworld that come with all the wiring needed. I was wondering if it is possible to have them running whenever my parking lights are on as well as blink when I put on my blinker? I am planning to take my car to a Volvo dealer to have them installed and have the emblem taken off. Thanks for any help.
