yup. as the others said, it will read SOME codes. It will, for instance, take care of that annoying loose gascap code. But it won't, for instance, read the codes when the ABS module goes bad. Kinda disappointing since I went ahead and got one, but since I thought this might happen, I sprung for the autoweb.com setup and can also get my 0-60, 1/4 mile times, and other things. So its not a total loss.
