ERROR CODES (FOR EXPERTS) 850 1994

GOT A 1994 855T5, CONSTANTLY PRESENTING ME WITH A 143 CODE. WHEN THIS HAPPENS THE TURBO DOES NOT GIVE FULL PRESSURE. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS. I'VE HEARD THAT 1994 ECU'S HAD PROBLEMS, BUT THIS ONLY STARTED AT ABOUT 200000Km. OCCASIONALLY IT SHOWS CODE 231 AND ONCE A 325 CODE. THE WAGON RUNS VERY WELL AND IS WELL MAINTAINED. IF ANY OF YOU EXPERIENCED SOMETHING SIMMILAR OR HAVE AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS, I WOULD APRECIATE SOME HELP.
