Suspension Issues S70 1998

Hey all. I have been having some nasty issues with my car. I feel that it has been handling sluggishly. It is a 1998 S70 T-5A with Pirelli Pzero Rosso tires, and stock suspension. The sway bar was recently replaced under warranty, as well as one of the front end bushings. Even still, i hear popping noises in front right suspension, and the car handles like crap. I took it into the dealer requesting new front struts and for any other work to be done, and it seemingly was met with a "are you sure, we're going to charge you if we don't find anything" , and therefore am now having second thoughts. anyone have any suggestions?
