Upgrade to Sportrim S40-V40

I am currently with original rims for 15" but the front & rear tyres it's different size... front was using 195/60/15 & rear was 205/60/15...
guys, is it good for my handling & else... what is the affected if do that, or just drive as usual...

next, if i need to upgrade my rims to 17" by 215 or 225/45/17 tyres... do i need to lower my spring?
