HID lights for my wife's 97 850 wagon V70-XC70

Can somebody please tell me where I can get a good deal on a Phillips HID lighting system, along with a set of Euro headlight lenses? I've heard Phillips is the best with Osram a distant second. Any suggestions deeply appreciated.
