freakin front end thumping V70-XC70

Couldn't chase it any longer when my 2001 V70 T5 started this nonsense. Had to bail out. Volvo people were no help at all. Thank goodness for all the folks on this site with good information and a willingness to share.

Volvo (or maybe Ford?) should assign someone to read this board and get busy on the agravating problems that plague thier cars. People can take just so much before they get fed up.

Sorry to say that I could not be convinced to ever go back to Volvo as I experienced a lifetime worth of aggravation from this very anoying problem.
