HID lights street legal in Norway? 850 1997

My wife drives a 97 850 wagon in Grimstad. I would like to buy and install an HID lighting kit in it using the Philips H7 bulbs. However, I don't know whether this system is street legal in Norway. I don't want to pay $500 for the kit, take it to Norway, install it, and then get hit with a horrendous traffic fine if and when I get pulled over into a check station.
