Tell you what, if and when I see a recall 129 listed by Volvo I'll post it here in one of these threads.
If the solution is to move the pump to another location, that will be a bit involved as it'll require a new wire harness adaptor and different hoses too. Noise is yet another consideration as those pumps can be noisy at times (normally) so if it's too close to the cars interior like mounted to the firewall, people will then hear it and complain.
