Intermittent Start Problem V70-XC70 2000

About once a week, when I start my car, it cranks but does not fire up right away. It will always start, but not immediately. It does not matter what the temperature is outside and the problem is intermittent.

I have brought my car into Volvo for this problem, along with a "check engine" light (which was recently resolved). The problem could not be replicated in the shop however they did replace the antenna ring to see if that would help. I am bringing the car back in tonight for further evaluation, but would appreciate hearing from anyone else who has experienced this problem or has recommendations on what the problem might be.
