$900 for a set of self-leveling shocks?? Help, please! 850

The 850 is in Norway, and I want to install HID lights on it because I'm 64 and my eyesight is failing. I don't know if they are street legal in Norway (I put a post regarding this on the Brickboard, but no one has responded so far), but Norwegian traffic control laws are Draconian if you break one. I'm always hauling a full load of God knows what between my wife's home in Grimstad and my mother-in-law's in Sando, and if I had HID's and no self-leveler in the car, I would blast people off the highway. Ergo, the need for leveling the car when under load. Just a matter of self-preservation from the norsk politi, who can arbitrarily pull you off the road and go over your car with a fine-tooth comb. And they are very unforgiving. They would ticket a blind man for jaywalking.
