Brake vibration - IT'S BACK (and which way does the arrow go on those half shims?) 850 1997

Over a year ago I fought and finally fixed this problem (a bad vibration once the brakes heat up, but not all the time) by putting OEM pads, special shims, and new rotors on the rear, as suggested by several posters. Well now it's back. It's not warped rotors, it is only occasional when the brakes heat up. What should I do? Take apart and re-pack the rear? I currently have the shim arrow pointing in the direction of the wheel rotation - is that right? I have 80% or more pads left in rear and they are OEM so I don't really want to replace those.
