Head gasket replaced S70

Happy New Year everyone!

I just had the head gasket replaced on a '98 S70 T5 with 74K. I had a puddle of coolant on the garage floor every morning. It turned out that one of the head bolts was broken.

Thank you for the extended warranty.

Anyway my question is - the dealer never changed the oil. Could coolant have gotten into the oil? I would think that if it was leaking out it was also leaking in.

When I check the oil myself it looks clean and normal in appearance. I just had my 75K service done early about 500 miles ago so the oil still looks good.

Should I just replace the oil anyway as a precaution? I would think that the dealer would have examined the oil and made a decision that it was okay.

I’m a little concerned about driving it right now. Could I just dump out the old oil and then add in new without replacing the filter.

Thanks
