Aiming Headlights

I tried searching for the answer but the site wide search feature was giving me some error message.

Recently, upgraded to E-code lenses & PIAA bulbs - wow what a difference. But it seems that I need to re-aim the lights just a bit. Any suggestions on how to do this. I can see the small cam and geared sprocket on top but don't know if this is the method of choice for aiming them.

Any and all advice is appreciated.
