Advice on buying a 98 V70 or a 98 V-90 V70-XC70

Have done some research on the FWD GLT 98 V-70 but very little on the RWD V-90 because there is not much out there. Are there serious problems associated with either car that would make my decision easier? The GLT V-70 is around 200 horse, ditto the six cylinder V-90. Which engine is the most trouble-free? You can't slip a feeler gauge into the V-70 compartment, and the V-90 engine compartment isn't much better. But still, a RWD is a lot easier to work on than a FWD. But, there are very few wrecked V-90's out there compared to V-70's when it comes to getting parts, and, the V-90 gets poorer mileage. I plan on keeping the car for at least ten years. Some good advice, please.
