Upgrade of rear Shocks, what to get? S70 2000

Since this discussion is about rear shocks. I'm looking at replacing all four of my shocks, but here's why... The gap between the rear tire and the fender is extremly small in the back, about 1in... and in the front the gap is really high about 2.5-3 inches. So instead of that classic volvo stance, front low back high... I have this backwards slant happening.

My first thought is the shocks, not the springs. So, this posting has been helpful with what to get. Am I on the right track here?
