A few problems :( 850

Horn:
My horn started working only intermittently on the right hand side of the steering wheel and now is only ever operational in one position on the left hand side of the wheel. Is this likely to be a problem with connections behind the steering wheel cover or elsewhere? If so, how do i remove this cover?

Full Lock Rubbing:
The front tyres are rubbing the inside of the guard when on full lock (heavily on right hand lock. The tyres are 215/45/17. Standard on this vehicle is 205/45/17 so possibly the marginally wider tyre is causing this, or is there maybe a problem elsewhere?

Rear Wiper Jet (wagon):
No pressure at the jet - it just dribbles down the window! A friend who is a mechanic for Saab said this is usual for their wagons, but i find it pretty hard to believe that this is normal pressure!? I have tried cleaning the hole and also cleaned out the filter underneath the wagon board. Still the same though.

Fuel Cover Lock:
The lock to the fuel cover does not operate. I removed it and reinstalled - couldn't see any obvious faults and then it started working again. . . . . for a while. Are there any common problems with these?

Suggestions on where to look for fixes to any of the above would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Vaughn.
