I work at a dealer and have been in charge of all Vadis installs since day #1.

Volvo asks dealers to send the old cds, now DVDs back to them....NOT sell them to the public for personal profit (pennies too I might add).

Someone's hosing you. Vadis comes with instructions with specific info on usernames BUT no descent dealer person will tell anyone on the outside Volvos usernames or passwords. If you had those instructions, you'ld also see the Vadis help line # but don't bother calling as they'll ask for your dealer code # and name and only that person gets help.
