Center heater vent blowing colder air? 850

Hello all;
This morning for the first time when I cranked up the heat, the left side center
vent was blowing out a mixture of cold and warm air. The right hand side vent
was normal and blowing nice hot air. All the other outer side vents were also
blowing normal hot air. Any idea what would cause this?
In a related matter, also noticed I am slowly loosing coolant when I periodically check the overflow reservoir tank. No noticable coolant in the
driveway and no wet floorboards. Are these related perhaps?
