850 running rough on cold mornings 850 1996

I have a normally aspirated 1996 850 that has started to run rough on cold and dry or cool and wet mornings. The car is parked outside. The shop couldnt find anything wrong. They replaced the distributor cap, with no improvement. It smooths out after running about 5 minutes.

Any suggestions?
