installed rebuilt engine and can not get to start 850

We installed a rebuilt engine and can not get it to start. Took it to our local repair shop who know the car, they checked timing, distributor position, camshaft sensor position, plugs wires, checked for codes, found none...but found that the injectors had fuel pressure but did not "fire"....any help would be appreciated, thank-you...phil
