Replacing 850 blower motor 850 1996

Go for it. I just changed mine as well. Open the glove box. Use a small screwdriver next to the doorstop arms attached to the glove box door. This will release the arms from the door. Unscrew the glove box and pull it out. Unbolt the three nuts holding the steel knee bolster and pull it down to the floor. Take a close look at all of the wire bundles around the motor. Only one plug is attached to the motor. The others can be removed from around the motor without unplugging them. Unscrew the motor assembly and pull out the motor/blower. Reverse the procedure to complete the job. I agree that it should not take you more than one hour. Good Luck.
