Alarm Goes Off for No Reason V70-XC70 2000

Hey all! Owned a bunch of Volvos over the years. My 850 was just totalled while parked on the street! Poor thing. So I went out and bought a 'new' 2000 V70 XC. I'm enjoying the new Brick, but for some reason that I can't figure out the alarm will just go off. Has anyone else had this problem or can they shed some light on what might be causing this?
