canadian thinking of s70 t5 850

Although I am very pleased with my 95 850 turbo I've been thinking of upgrading to a s70 t5. the added hp and lower mileage.
I've been looking on ebay and if I'm lucky I can get a 98-00 for a fairly decend price after conversion compared to the local prices.

My question is.. are there import/duty prices? Or can I just bring the car across the border and goto the local mto and register it???????

I can live with the car being in the ancient mpg and mph which is pretty much only used in the US. (no offence anyone)
I'm looking at the good price of a US car but dont want to be killed in any transfer or duties which are unknown to me at this time.. thanks in advance
