Oil Blowout from filler cap 850 1996

Greetings,

I'm experiencing the infamous oil leak coming out of the oil cap ('96 850 Turbo wagon). I DID already replace the filler cap gasket, but still looks like it's happening. When my wife picked the part up, the jerk-off service guy was laughing at her asking why she needed it. She simply said "Because of husband told me to get it." (Unfortunately I've had some bad experiences with service departments.) However, he did also tell her that there is normally a reason for this, ie: something in the lines may be plugged somewhere.

Where would that be? Is it the EGR system or ? What needs fixed? My understanding is that turbo models don't have flame traps.

Your replies are always appreciated.
