850 R '96 struts 850

Hi there

I need some help with my 96 850 R wagon. The front shocks/struts need to replaced. the dealer want a considerable sum for these units. looking on the net I have had some conflicting advice and now need some clarity. Is the entire range of 96 on the same set of struts. ie the N/A and turbo and the R with its lower suspension. Some sites seem to indicate that the lowered suspension models use a different strut. Is this correct? Does anyone have a part number for the Bilstein struts for a '96 850R wagon. Is the wagon different to the sedan. My vehicle has the nivomat rear suspension and thankfully these shocks do need replacing yet. My vehicle has +- 160 000 kms on it. Is this the normal mileage for struts to go? Anyone experience with Bilstein would also be appreciated.
