Vacuum Pump on continuously S40-V40

The relay that normally goes bad is attached to pumps bracket and it's located under the left headlamp assembly but is only accessable by removing the lower plastic cover or inner wheel-well cover.
With the 10 amp fuse removed, pump inop, your braking will be much more difficult especially when the car is cold first starting out. It's often so bad that if you had to make an emergency stop, you might be hitting something.
When it's working, you can usually hear the pump (especially cold) because it's noisy and normally makes clicking type noises, even when new.
