Trouble codes 442, 448 & 611 ..... V70-XC70 1998

I've been fighting this problem for months now and have to correct this (or at least clear all codes) by the end of the month so I can get an emissions test to renew my tag. Yes, here in the Atlanta area we have emissions & OBD tests annually. I have cleared these codes in the past and they came back within a day or two.

I have a new air pump (not yet installed) and have already replaced the evap valve (PN 8631285-7). The air pump has been audibile for several months now a needs to be replaced. Looks like a 2-3 hour job according to Bay 13.

Anyone else seen this series of codes?
