Reverse Lights Fail to Come On 850 1995

David,

I had seen bricker in this board who opened up an old PNP switch to check whether he could re-lub the switch. I believed he did that after he put in a new PNP switch in his 850. From the sympton that you mentioned, it is definitely the PNP switch issue. I would go ahead to replce it with a New one. I saw the the price from FCGorton.com was less than $200. I also came across someone in Volvospeed message board saying that he got the switch from AutoZone/Nappa for less than $100. The replacement instruction, as I said before, can be found in Bay13 of the www.volvospeed.com.
