Get nothing 850 1995

Frank was right about the fact that Volvo has no aluminum piece to protect the oil pan. There is only one plastic cover under the radiator and this plastic cover won't be able to protect the radiator if one drives the car to side cure which is higher than the front bumper.

The only protection pan Volvo sell as a add on to 850 is a steel protection grid. It is not aluminum and consists of steel bars running from the front of the subframe to the rear of the subframe. Definitely, it does not look like the aluminum oil pan skid plate from IPD. I bought the that from Dealer for $2xx. It covers the whole subframe and bolted to the front of the subframe. With this grid on, I have no problem to lose the oil drain nut and oil filter for oil change.
