100K mile service: Throttle Body Cleaning? EGR Cleaning?

Bay 13 sez clean throttle body every 20K miles. Bay 13 also gives instructions for EGR valve cleaning ("it's under the throttle body"). I recently gave it the 100k service but didn't tackle either. Do I need to?

I didn't want to tackle the throttle body myself but my indie wants $120 to clean the throttle body, sez it is a 2 hour job. Would that typically include the EGR service? BTW it's a turbo so no flame trap.
