Coolant added and dip stik gunky - Head gasket problem? S70 1998

I have had to add coolant to my 98 S70 T5m (104K) a few times in the past couple months. I checked the oil and the dip stick was gunky when it was cold. I checked it again when the engine was warm and the oil looked OK.

Why would I need to add coolant this frequently? Possible head gasket proble>
