CD Changer -eeeee- error S70 1998

I recently had to jump start my car and had to put in the code for the stereo and that worked fine, but now when I select the cd changer it gives me -eeee- code. I tried to eject the cd's from the changer but no power is going to the unit. Does anybody have any ideas because I am stumped.
