My 850 GLT runs rich, especially when it's cold. It throws carbon out the exhaust on start-up and seems to use too much fuel. It also stinks (sulphur) when the engine is cold and idling. I scanned it and got an OBD code of P3011. Anyone heard of this error, I can't find it anywhere.

I replaced one 02 sensor and checked the engine temperature sensor (it seemed fine) and I have replaced the thermo-stat.
