Moonroof liner 850 1994

maybe rip it off. When i bought my car is was hanging too so i pulled it off. I brought it in for warranty for something else they reglued the line which I did want. After a couple years its bubbling again. I was ok at the time with no liner since it was a black panel under it and it looked ok when i slid the sunroof shut.
