mileage is wrong 850 1995

Its not an electrical or ECU problem, its the actual gear that drives the odometer. Ask your dealer or mechanic to change the odometer gear, if they look at you puzzeled, move to a different dealer. Better yet try to find an independant mechanic, with European experience.

I think that when you were last at the dealer and they "reset to US market" I think they put a new gear in (theres nothing really that can be set to a US market) and you got a gear for the rest of the world, not one for the US.

Where abouts are you? Try looking here http://volvospeed.com/Dashremove.htm see if you are able to do this one on your own. Im sure that if you can get the instrament cluster out on your own, someone on the board here will swap the gear out for you. If your in NW Washington, I would do it for you.
