First I would like to thanks the people who responded to my last posting. I do not know if what I did was right or not but I did several checks on the car and then decided that I would try to clear the alarm and see what would happen. The alarm cleared and then we have driven the car somewhat since and no Check Engine Light. I put the OBDII Code Reader back on the car to check for for any codes and there were none.....Does this mean the problem has went away or is it still there and since I deleted it....it doesn't show up? It seems to me if the problem still was there it would send another alarm....right or wrong?......VolvoLarry
