How hard to change tranny 850 1993

Does anyone know how hard it is to change a transmission on a 93 850? I'm looking at one that the owner says needs a new solenoid (yeah right), so I'm looking at worst case senario at putting another in. Is it a hard job to do? Does the engine/tranny just pull out from the engine bay, or does it have to come out from the bottom?
