Tailgate Rattle

There has been some helpful discussion on the rear seat latch.Thankyou !Someone mentioned the tailgate rattle. you mean this is fixable? pray -tell-how ? I am about to remove the whole tail gate (and we had the coldest temperature in the WORLD yesterday,I am seious-- Minus 53 C).Assistance would be helpful.
